「 Greatly Blessed, Highly Favoured, Deeply Loved 9:30 PM 」

My first full time job

My God is such an awesome God. He knew exactly what is the desire in my heart and fulfil it. I felt so loved by him. There is no one like Him who loves me so much.

In the midst of the economic crisis where everywhere is retrenchment, Christ is still faithful. When I ask the Lord to give me a verse to deal with the situation, He showed me Psalm 2:8 The inheritiance of the nations shall be mine, the ends of the possession shall be mine. There and then I knew that certainly this is the verse for me cause I felt such warmth in my heart.

When I meditate on the verse day and night and partake of the Holy Communion daily and confess his favour on me that I will not only find a job, but find a dream job. Certainly He is so faithful, not only I really find a job, I found my dream job. To be a Trainer cum Business Development. The roles and tasks are just what I was always hoping to have since tertiary education days. Though the remuneration is not that satisfactory as I have to go for training to be a trainer, I totally is amazed by my Daddy God who knows what I really desire. He granted me exactly what I want nothing more, nothing less.

I told God that I wanted to have a career where I will have a devoted and capable mentor to mentor me and teach me discipline. Most importantly, I desire to have one who is a Christian so that the counsel he give me shall me godly and He really grant me one. My colleagues are mostly Christians or believers of Christ! That is the greatest gift for me. I felt so loved by God and I believed all good things shall happen and that I shall increase in wisdom and favour. Most importantly, I know there is much growth in this company! Oh, btw I am working in MAXIMAS Group Training Consultancy.

Birthday cards
This year I am so happy and thankful to also receive beautifully made birthday cards. Other than the wonderful presents I received esp the bags , these cards really lift my spirits.

My brother's postcard from Beijing. This is his school called Qing Hua Uni. SO happy to receive it on top of his present for me. Felt so loved. =)

2nd picture is those made by Susan and Vanessa. So thoughtful to write the verses on the photoframe. Cause I really will meditate on the verse whenever I looked at it. Really helps me not to worry and look to God. And also the card that is so carefully cut. Not to forget the awesome card that is made by Mic from SIM cg. Really so nice and thoughtful.

The last one is by my cousins, Eugene and Edwin. Really love it so much esp due to the expression of Lucy looking at the two Elmos. She looked so happy and satisfied in the picture. Even I drawing her so many times cannot create that kind of expression.

Thank you Jesus for causing these wonderful people to bless me with the presents and cards.

My Birthday

Special thanks to all who blessed me with a meal, presents and time.

This year's birthday is really very enjoyable. Its so interesting that when I told the Lord that I do not care if others forgot my birthday but as long as He remembers my birthday. I just knew that Jesus is going to bless me with something great. I trust that He will make it a happy birthday.

And to my amazement, He really caused it to be so good. He blessed me with wonderful and great friends exceedingly more than I thought or expect.

In the morning, sweetie from cg brought me to Crystal Jade and gave me a present. Then afterwhich Van, Susan and Melissa brought me to Sun and Moon at Wheelock for an awesome meal. Really so touched by the effort to plan this birthday celebration. The ambience was great, the food was nice, the people awesome. Then came my birthday card beautifully made by Susan and present which is a black bag that is somehow similar to the bag that I wanted. Black and chic. Then the beautiful and pretty cake and then the photo frame. Its so amazing that I received this because the pictures which are pasted on a mirror they gave to me years ago has faded. And there is this verse that encourages me:"Don't worry about anything, instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus". Wow... I can really sense the thoughtfulness of them. Just felt so loved.

God's convenant with meFather God is so good to me. I was mentioning with Angie that I missed a rainbow a few days back. And we are saying that He will show the rainbow to us again, even nicer one. And true enough, today I saw the rainbow hanging in the sky as she called to inform me. Although the view was a blocked by the surrounding flats, still I felt God's love for me. To specially tells me that He loves me. And it is His gift for me.

I specially like the song With Christ by Hillsongs today. Hmm... just felt so loved in His arms.

FAITH- The key to all the good things you ever want Pastor Lin Lian Neo

Want to know what will cause you to have the victory that will overcome the world? To overcome getting poor grades, being jobless, lack, being in debts? The answer to it is- FAITH.

1 John 5:4

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our[a] faith

We are born of God and therefore, we shall overcome the world and victory SHALL SURELY be ours.

1 Cor 2:14
But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

The people of the world will not understand the things of the Spirit which is victory, power, love, joy and peace etc. However, we having the Spirit of god shall receive these things.

Heb 11:1
Faith is the substance of things hope for, the evidence of things not seen .

Simply put, faith (WORD OF CHRIST) is the substance (TITLE DEED) of things hope for, even though things are not seen. So what we really really believe in our hearts? The things that we see such as the sickness in bodies, the huge debts, the poor results or the things that are not seen and hoping for? The word of Christ IS the ANSWER.

Heb 11:3

By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

Gen 1:1-3

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was[a] on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
3 Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.

It was said that when Lucifer was cast out, the earth was without form, imagine emptiness, void, darkness. Yet, Spirit of God (JESUS) was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said, "Let there be light", and there was light. In the same way, we have the Spirit of GOd (Jesus) in us NOW. If we see any area in our life and when we speak forth things we want to see, SURELY it shall be SO. Think how GOd thinks? Will he doubt if He will to speak forth and there is no light? In the same way, we should SPEAK over our circumstances.

2 Cor 5:7

For we walk by faith, not by sight.

We shall walk by faith and not by what we see be it the lack in our life in areas of finances or friends or spouse, poor results, fruitless etc.

Romans 12:2

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

There is this warning that we should not be conformed which means to think like what the world thinks but be TRANSFORMED by the RENEWING of your MIND. It means to change the way we think. Just simply changing our thinking of how we are going to receive things from GOd. Do we doubt that maybe we will get what we ask for or do we KNOW that SURELY we will get what we wants? When we think the way we should what is our reward? We get what is good and acceptable and the perfect will of God. That means to say, we walk the perfect path that God has created specially for us.

Romans 10:17

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

So the biggest question is, what is faith? It is the hearing the word of God (Christ). So faith=word of Christ. To have faith is to have the word of God. The word of God is the bridge to where we wish to be and where we are now. It is the way the truth and the life. The way to what we want be it healing, prosperity, good grades etc etc. When we hear the word of Christ, FAITH comes.

Hab 2:17-19

Though the fig tree may not blossom,
Nor fruit be on the vines;
Though the labor of the olive may fail,
And the fields yield no food;
Though the flock may be cut off from the fold,
And there be no herd in the stalls—
18 Yet I will rejoice in the LORD,
I will joy in the God of my salvation.
19 The LORD God [c] is my strength;
He will make my feet like deer’s feet,
And He will make me walk on my high hills.

Notice what happened over here, when Habakkuk saw the fig tree NOT blossoming, no fruits, no olive, no food, no flock, no herd, yet he REJOICE in the LORD. He finds joy in the God of his salvation. For the LORD GOD is his strength, He makes his feet like deer's feet (A deer's hoof, like two fingers, is split in two. This makes it easier to walk on soft ground and mud). Which means to say that though we walk in fallen world with dirtiness and fallen news, we are still able to walk easily. And we will walk on high hills.

Exodus 22:9

For any kind of trespass, whether it concerns an ox, a donkey, a sheep, or clothing, or for any kind of lost thing which another claims to be his, the cause of both parties shall come before the judges; and whomever the judges condemn shall pay double to his neighbor.

The devil comes to steal and he is the one making the trespass but the word says, whether it concerns ox etc money, health, family ties, relationships which the devil claims to be his, the cause shall be made before the judges( GOD) and He shall condemn the devil and he have to pay us back DOUBLE!!!

So believe that whatever we might think we lose, God is going to condemn the devil if we use our FAITH (the key) and we shall get back DOUBLE. If the devil do not take away, we have just our normal portion. But because he choose to steal, we shall get back DOUBLE. Choose to renew your mind and receive it AMEN.
