Something caught my eye from today's Straits Times. A Hong Kong actress by the name of Pan Yin Tze is 62 but looks only 26! Gosh! How scary to actually know that, I mean usually even if you hear or see people that look young, at most younger by 10 years plus. But this is like 40 years difference. My first thought was that she must have done plastic surgery. Actually its kinda of scary to look so much younger.

Scary huh? Make people think that she is not human...
But as I read on, it states that she actually is doing a beauty business which is still in the preparation stage. Boy, guess the number of customers she will get once its launched. The paper also states that she eats something but refuse to disclose what the secret ingredient is. Know what it reminds me of? A movie I watched by the name of Dumplings starring Miriam Yueng who feeds on human foetus in a dumplings to regain her youth to seduce back her husband. She later became addicted to eating human beings of 2 months old foetus and eventually her own baby.
Back to what I was saying, Yin Tze reveals that she wakes up as early as 6.30am and never sleeps after midnight. She exercises 3 hours everyday and eats only fresh fruits and totally avoid food with perservatives ( I really wonder how she gets her food when the market is food with perservatives). She totally avoid anti-aging products with placents. Useful tips huh? So fruits really do works wonders. I better get back to eating them.
