I must say this is certainly a good show. It actually evolves lots of feelings. Its a movie about love, trust, courage, righteous, cuelty and emptiness.
Overall, its a movie about drug trafficking, how Daniel Wu was an undercover trying to nab the chain of drug traffickers. Interestingly, the law of demand and supply is being tossed in. Andy Lau is actually the wholesaler. When there is a need, there is a supply. Sadly speaking, this need is induced by people who are selfish especially when they are in the addict of drugs themselves.
Deep down the emotions of those addicts are that they desire a feeling of love. Love conquers everything. In that instant moment of high, they forgot all kinds of trouble and temporary live in their own world of dreams. Emptiness and the lack of love caused them to do foolish things without thinking logically. Actually, they fail to know that they lack Jesus Christ. He is one that filled people up full of love that love overflows out of them. He touches the heart of people that they cannot help but felt love. If only they found the right way out. Sex is just a false creation of feeling of love. The feeling is just created by the hormones of the body. Once over, satisfaction last only for a moment. Love from God is totally different. It is satisfying for so long a period of time.
In the show, Daniel was forever calm. This was because he knows that he represent the righteous side of things. Knowing that makes him overcome all obstacles that is to occur. Just like us knowing that we are righteous in Jesus's name, we have the courage to step out of our normal routine to do different things.Courage is what is demonstrated by Daniel when he jumped out of the window of 8th storey. Knowing that what facing him was death. Yet he focused on the life by focusing on the air con. Finally he accomplished his task in saving the baddie to gain trust.
All in all, what matters most in life is the feeling of love. Not from the love obtained solely by man but also by God. He satisfies. Man's love is temporal while god's love is eternal. 0 Blessed Comments
Reached Pasir Ris Mrt Station after 45min. The journey is sure long except that His word accompany me. Upon exiting, the left side of the entrance, there is a bus stop to the extreme right. My, the Aloha shuttle bus is sure cool. I loved the colour design and the moment I stepped into the bus, a soothing scent floated in the air. The design was cosy with soft relaxing music as the background.
I messaged Liyan where to find the unit. As usual there was no reply. However, I trusted the Lord to make all things right. I just refused to be bothered by it. Upon reaching Aloha, I was about to head for the directory but a group of people stopped me. Gosh, I was shocked, so there they are my ex colleagues. They complemented on the change of my image yet it know it is not me that found favour but the glory of God.
Sadly, they boarded the bus just as I alighted. Never had a chance to chat with them. The remaining WL, LY, XY and JH entertained me instead. I went to have my fill and chatted with LY. Its a pity that I never got a chance to chat with them though. THey seemed busy with their stuff. LY and me left for the night as Wan Ru's husband sent us to the station with his Mercedes van.
A quick night, yet I do not wish it to diminish in my memory. And if I did, at least I can read it here. Some memories are meant to be kept because you can never get back time when it has past. Treasure time, once gone, can never turn back. 0 Blessed Comments
Indeed these Ds are entrance for the devil to come into our lives. The first D is Discouragement.
Ever tried doing something which you thought you are very passionate about? Only to realise that you gave up along the way? People are very vulnerable to failures in life. Some people tried some things and failed. They got nothing to encourage them back to their goals. They somehow lost their courage. The courage to stand up again for the things they once believed. Indeed, I am discouraged at some times. But now I realise that this is the gate for the devil to enter. So there I am, determined to cast it off.
The second D is Division. In everything we do, we need a team. Behind a successful person, there is always a team. This team is the motivating source of support. To push you forth when you are behind. Different people come together to fill up the assignment with talents and expertise to bring out a sucessful result. However, when the team divides, the results also divided. When people care only their backs, the Satan hits them. And when there is no one else to look after your back (Christians have Daddy God to look after though), things don't go as planned.
Thirdly, its Distraction. In life, there are many things to go after, be it monetary sense, relationships and health. Somehow, one just lose focus along the way. Just like one who is driving, the moment something zoom past him and he turned back to look at it, unknowningly, he shooked the steering wheel to other direction. Just like what happens to our life. The moment we allow something to distract us in terms of words, actions, somehow, subconsciously, we took heed to the words and deviate from our direction in life.
Now that you have know this, pursue your dreams with all your heart. God has something for you in this life. Search for it and pursue it all the way. Shut the 3 Doors tightly and guard your heart. 0 Blessed Comments
